Artistic Director
Jeff Tabler is the co-founder of the Conservatory. Jeff graduated from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York and holds a degree in cinema from Ithaca College. He has been involved in film and theatre for more than 30 years as a teacher, director, writer, producer, and actor. He also teaches and directs for OCPA.

Instructors
Jessica Blaszak has been a professional actor, dancer and singer for 20 plus years. She has performed regionally in NYC's Chelsea Playhouse, Actor's Theatre of Phoenix and Phoenix Theatre in AZ, PCPA Theatrefest in CA, and at the Mt. Baker Theatre in Bellingham. She was also a member of Childsplay in AZ, a professional children's theatre company that does outreach and educational theatre for all ages of adolescence. She did outreach in schools all over the central coast of CA as well. Jessica has performed locally at the Oregon Cabaret Theatre and Rogue Music Theatre. In addition to performing, Jessica has been teaching theatre and dance at different conservatories over the years as well. She has directed and choreographed numerous times to ages 3-21. She will be directing and choreographing at Ashland Middle School this year. Jessica choreographed for OCPA in 2005 and is excited to continue with them.
Andrew Brock has Master's Degrees in Voice and Music Education from the University of Oregon, and earned his initial Administrator’s License from Southern Oregon University in 2011. He has performed with Eugene Opera, Eugene Symphony, Oregon Bach Festival (Eugene), University of Oregon Opera Ensemble, Obsidian Opera (Bend) and at the Aspen Music Festival. Local performances include appearances with Rogue Opera, Rogue Valley Chorale, Camelot Theatre, and Siskiyou Singers. Andrew has directed for OCPA for the past 7 years. Laura Delgado, holds a bachelors degree in Theater Arts, from Portland State University, in technical theater work. She joined the OCPA staff family in the summer of 2007 as props master and lighting designer for A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and has been our Stage Manager for numerous camps ever since. Laura has also been stage manager for numerous shows with such groups as Shoestring Productions, Randall Theater Company, Portland State University and Rogue Community College. Besides stage management she's designed and built scenery for Rogue Opera's Taking Opera to the Schools Program, Portland State's Second Stage Graduate Projects; designed and built props for PSU's production ofHaroun and the Sea of Stories and designed lighting for multiple productions at PSU and Shoestring Productions. Danika Locey graduated from Oregon State University in the spring of 2018 with a Master of Arts in Teaching in Music Education. She has recently moved to Medford from Corvallis, and she is greatly looking forward to starting her teaching career teaching choir at Hedrick Middle School! While at Oregon State, Danika was heavily involved in music, both through the university and in the community. She has worked as music director, ensemble member, conductor, accompanist, and featured soloist in community, university, and semi-professional groups, including the Corvallis Repertory Singers, OSU Opera Workshop, and OSU Chamber Choir. She also spent three years directing the children's choir at the Corvallis First United Methodist Church. "A Midsummer Night's Dream" is Danika's first production with OCPA. Andrea Brock is a co- choir director at South Medford High School, where she has taught for 22 years. She has been the musical director for 11 musicals in her time at South Medford High School, including "My Fair Lady", "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat", "Guys and Dolls" and "Anything Goes". She received her Bachelors and Masters in Music from the University of Oregon in Music Education-Choral emphasis, with a secondary emphasis in Collaborative Piano. Andrea was the pianist for the Rogue Valley Chorale for 18 years, and is a board member and instructor for the Oregon Conservatory of Performing Arts. She and her husband, Andrew, are also the music directors at Jacksonville Presbyterian Church. They have three children, Keenan, Molly, and William. Renée Hewitt – Has been performing for over 30 years. Most of that experience was in the San Francisco Bay Area in such theaters and venues as American Music Theatre, San Jose Stage and the Great America Theme Park. She’s done voiceover work for radio, tv and video games and continues to work in commercial voiceover locally. Since arriving with her family to the Rogue Valley 17 years ago, she has been performing with The Camelot, Oregon Cabaret Theatre, Collaborative Theatre Project and Ashland Contemporary Theatre. She’s taught voice and acting at Camelot’s Summer Conservatory, where she now is the Director. Renée directed Les Miserables and Spamalot, both at The Camelot. Training includes 20 years of jazz and tap dance, continuing tap classes with Suzanne Seiber; Fifteen years of professional voice training in the Bay Area and on-going training with Ellie Murray as well as the Summer Training Congress at San Francisco’s American Conservatory Theatre.

Dennis Foster, co-founder and President, also founded and directed the Eagle Institute of Performing Arts and several small theatre companies. He has a bachelor’s degree in education from Portland State University, with master’s coursework in theatre production at Central Washington University. He has 20 years of experience in theatre as a director, producer, and actor. He lives with his wife and two children in Beaverton.
